Our Manufacturing Promise

We know how excited you are to get your custom-made Tiary jewelry, so we don’t waste any time. We promise to start manufacturing your order the very next business day, and will ship out your beautiful and unique creation within two short weeks.

Tracking Your Creations

When you create an account with us, you can track your order every step of the way from your wax model, to casting, stone setting, polishing, quality control, and of course, shipping. All you have to do is sign-in to see your order status, and watch your creation come to life.

No Tiary account? No problem. You can always reach us at hello@tiary.com with your confirmation number, and we’ll gladly help you out. We will also send you an email to the address you gave us when ordering to let you know that your order has shipped.


Shipping

Free Shipping on Every Order

We offer free standard shipping on all items to the United States and Canada. If you can’t wait, and need it sooner, you can choose to have your shipping expedited at checkout for an additional cost. For shipping outside of the United States and Canada, additional duties and taxes may apply.


Returns & Resizing

Love It or Return It Policy

If you’re not completely in love with your Tiary purchase, send it back. We’ll give you a full refund to your original form of payment within 30 days of the original shipping date. All items, even if they are personalized or engraved, qualify as long as they are in their new and unworn condition. Need a hand with a return? Warranty

We Stand Behind our Quality

We take pride in the quality of our products, and offer a one-year warranty on all manufacturing defects. The warranty becomes void if another jeweler resizes, modifies or repairs the piece, or if it's subjected to misuse.
